Flour-less Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

With several holidays fast approaching, I wanted to find a use for the rest of our Halloween candy. I always enjoy finding an excuse to clean out the cupboard in the form of a sweet treat and with Alex and I moving one week from today, the less leftovers we have the better.

I have had flour-less chocolate cake before so I figured why not try it with cookies? I was amazed at how rich and gooey these came out. Chocolate and peanut butter are a pretty lethal combination. The colors and flavors really got me in the mood to celebrate this time of year.

Enjoy this autumn dessert with some apple cider and I promise you will have an amazing evening. Now back to packing!

Flour-less Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
1 cup Reese's Pieces candy

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Stir together peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until the texture is smooth and creamy.

Slowly add the baking soda and cocoa powder while continuing to mix the batter. Add Reese's Pieces.

Spoon the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes.

  1. Both of my daughters have Celiac, so they aren't use to getting many "sweets". We made this and it was a HUGE hit!! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

    1. So glad! I'm quite the stubborn baker so whenever my boyfriend who has Celiac says he misses a baked good I just think it's a challenge to recreate it and so far so good. I'll try to keep the sweets coming :)
